5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If evidence of bonus fraud or misuse is found, the account may be cancelled.

Betting Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless tk197 does so due to a technical error. Verify all details before confirming a bet.

6.2 Technical Issues

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk197, and engaging in them will result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through fraudulent or deceptive means.

• Accessing or using another person's account.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Misconduct or threats toward other users or staff.

Account Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may close their account voluntarily. To do so, a request must be sent to [email protected]. Please withdraw any available balance before closing the account.

8.2 Closure Initiated by tk197

tk197 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud.
• Identification of an underage user.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
